By sharing the same cultural background with our seafarers at local offices, we benefit from high retention rates amongst our loyal crewing pool.  We own and actively collaborate with Maritime Training Institutions, partners, and maritime administrations and flag states in countries where our seafarers are based, ensuring the highest level of training as well as compliance with STCW.

We lead in introducing innovative training technologies as our Learning Management System serves over 16,000 seafarers of different nationalities including Russian, Filipino, Indian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Latvian and more.
