Located in Hamburg, Germany, CCS ensures fast and easy access to one of the busiest cruise industry hubs in Europe. Offering a full range of ship management services, the client can choose the desired range of operational services which suits their needs. These include:

Swiss Ocean Yacht Management was formed in 2017 between Columbia Yacht Management and Swiss Ocean, specialising in all aspects of yachting asset management, ranging from superyachts to gigayachts. Providing individually tailored services, independent from brokerage activities, Swiss Ocean Yacht Management also specialise in new build and refit projects as well as superyacht development.

Technical Management

Ship and shore personnel form a highly-skilled team providing full technical management. The team jointly monitors engine performance and energy efficiency. Detailed budgeting and reporting procedures allow comprehensive cost analysis, including extras such as carbon footprint analysis per passenger.

Operations Management

Our Operations Department ensures competitiveness, efficiency and cost-effective operations – from voyage optimisation to itinerary planning and supervision of all port-related activities.

Crew Management

Our worldwide network of crewing offices and agencies enables us to handpick cruise and hotel staff to best meet client requirements. We offer a wide range of services that cover (amongst others):

At CCS Hotel Operations we are looking back on decades of accumulated land-based and
onboard experiences in diverse positions (such as General Manager, F&B Manager, Executive
Chef, etc.) throughout the hotel and hospitality sector, across the international (cruise)
industry.
