A standalone company, Hanse Bereederung GmbH (Hanse), based in Hamburg, is actively engaged both in exclusive and competitive container and dry-cargo chartering, and in the sale and purchase of ships.

Hanse maintains successful cooperation with the world’s major carriers and can offer trip and round voyage fixtures, period charters and long-term time charters. Hanse is also responsible for the chartering and operations of container ships controlled by the Schoeller Holding Group.

• Monitoring of incoming hire payments
• Controlling hire statements and invoices
• Arranging for bunker supply
• Timesheets and laytime calculation for voyage charter
• Working as intermediary for best possible solutions
• Assisting with all questions in relation to the Charter Party
• Giving commercial advice if required
