The Recruitment Administrative Assistant shall have the following qualifications:
- Preferably with 2 years’ experience in a shore-based manning agencies as Recruiter.
- Possess wide network connection of seafarers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
The Recruitment Administrative Assistant is responsible for:
• Following up on general correspondence.
• Maintaining the CSM computerized system data related to Maritime Talents recruitments.
• To administrate CSM Applicant Tracking System and update the open vacancies as posted and shared with relevant parties.
• To maintain record of recruitment of the virtual agency and generate relative reports as requested
