Data Entry Administrator

The Data Entry Administrator reports to the Commercial Manager.

Support with the Development of the In-House Digital Platform & other commercial administrative tasks.

Data Entry: Accurately input data from various GenPro sources into databases, spreadsheets, or other computerized systems.
Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered, comparing it with source documents for discrepancies or errors.
Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring that information is current and relevant.
Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure data integrity, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
Communication: Coordinate with team members or other departments to obtain missing information or resolve discrepancies.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in data entry and verification.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially when dealing with large volumes of data.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and databases.
Typing Speed and Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing skills are necessary to meet productivity targets while maintaining data quality.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues.
Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to overall departmental goals.

Education & Experience:
Education or training in data entry or related fields.
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Familiarity with industry-specific software or databases will be a plus.
