Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Recruitment Cycle coordination
- Undertake all tasks relating to the recruitment of roles from the set-up of positions to processing offers
- Organize and attending hiring manager meetings to understand requirements of roles and business needs
- Effectively handle colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers and candidates’ enquiries
- Responsible of a full candidate experience, making sure that is transparent, fair and inclusive
- Ensure documents (paper and/or electronic) are appropriately filed, secured and is readily accessible to GDPR standards.
- Proactively identifying and contributing to areas of improvement
