Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Recruitment Cycle coordination
  • Undertake all tasks relating to the recruitment of roles from the set-up of positions to processing offers
  • Organize and attending hiring manager meetings to understand requirements of roles and business needs
  • Effectively handle colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers and candidates’ enquiries
  • Responsible of a full candidate experience, making sure that is transparent, fair and inclusive
  • Ensure documents (paper and/or electronic) are appropriately filed, secured and is readily accessible to GDPR standards.
  • Proactively identifying and contributing to areas of improvement
