Skills/Requirements
1. Excellent command of the English language;
2. Excellent communication skills as well the ability to work within a team;
3. Excellent knowledge of software-based AMOS system specifically for material module;
4. Good technical knowledge of vessel structures, systems and equipment;
5. Good command of MS Word, Excel, PPT;
6. Min knowledge of software-based system AMOS on Maintenance, Procurement and QMS modules;
7. Min knowledge of DBMS;
8. Min command of T-SQL;
Responsibilities
1. Resolution, follow up and escalation of material (spare parts) related support cases and/or projects assigned by ASA, DBC and/or SASM via ticketing system;
2. Cooperate with ASA and DBC on weekly basis to assess and review the assigned JIRA cases monitoring due dates and priorities;
3. Preparing and distributing Newsletters;
4. On request, to attend vessels to carry out training and stock inventory;
5. Assist vessels to setup critical stock item list;
6. Assist vessels during vetting / class inspection;
7. Backup ASA where/when requested;
8. Any other task assigned by SASM and/or COO;

4. Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement; SSE is accountable to HFMS and COO.
