Quality Assurance Administrator – MCTC
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research, identify, and support the onboarding of new suppliers across global ports.
- Collect, review, verify, and maintain supplier documentation, certificates, licences, and compliance records.
- Monitor supplier information, certifications, and documentation to ensure they remain accurate, complete, and valid.
- Conduct supplier screening activities, including KYC, AML, and sanctions checks, in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain supplier databases, electronic records, and document management systems.
- Support the administration and maintenance of the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
- Prepare, update, and maintain procedures, templates, reports, presentations, and other quality-related documents.
- Provide administrative support during internal and external audits, including maintaining audit records and monitoring corrective actions.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on agreed action items.
- Assist the Quality Assurance team with compliance activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and departmental projects.
- Ensure all documentation and records are maintained accurately, systematically, and confidentially.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- College or University degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance administration, supplier administration, compliance, document control, procurement support, or a similar role.
- Previous experience within the Company in an operational or administrative role would be an advantage, preferably 1–2 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and across different functions.
