Blue Dynamics, a company under Columbia Group is seeking to recruit Senior ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics AX F&O) in Limassol, Cyprus. Blue Dynamics is the software development and implementation entity within the COLUMBIA group, providing the group for more than 10 years with comprehensive information system and application integration solutions.
As a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O, you will take a leading role in designing and implementing tailored ERP solutions for the Columbia Groups core financial system. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the group to align business needs from our offices around the world having various business needs, with best-in-class technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis -Working with the business owners to understand their business processes, pain points, and local/business specific needs related finance and operations. Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
- Solution Design and Configuration –Designing and configuring the Dynamics 365 F&O system to align with the gathered requirements, including customizing modules, entities, and workflows.
- System Implementation and Deployment– Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and custom development. Leading or contributing to the implementation of the system, including data migration, integration with other systems, and user training.
- Testing, Troubleshooting and Support-Ensuring the system functions correctly by coordinating testing, troubleshooting, debugging and go-live activities together with your team and partners.
- Training and staying updated- You will act as a trusted advisor for key business accounts and offer together with your team ongoing support to users and providing training on how to effectively use the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science , or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 or Business Central or any similar enhanced accounting system
- Strong business process knowledge –Familiarity with financial and operational processes, experience In Ship Management Industrie would be a strong plus
- Consulting and communication skills – Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Technical skills – Including experience with data migration tools and potentially some development skills would be appreciated
- Problem-solving and analytical skills – Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the system implementation and usage. In the continuous search for challenges and improvements of the Dynamics platform, based on the rapid development of the AI-driven application world
