The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for:

• Screening, reviewing and hiring process for candidates submitted in the Crewing ATS.
• Coordinating with Crewing department for open vacancies and recruitment needs to be published in the ATS portal and platform,
• Maintaining contact with CSM approved manning agencies to update ATS on status of applicants.
• Assist in coordinating Interview arrangement for selected candidates.

Qualifications:

• Good Knowledge with Maritime industry and ships manpower structure.
• Good Knowledge with applicable regulations for training and certification (STCW / MLC)
• Awareness of applicable conditions of employment and seafarers wages structure.
• Previous seagoing experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills with very strong command of English is Mandatory
