The Post Fixture & D/A Operator shall fulfil the following requirements:

• A university degree with at least three (3) years experience in similar position.
• Good leadership, controlling and communication skills as well the ability to work within a team;
• Good command of the English language;
• Good knowledge of the marine industry and applicable Rules and Regulations;

The Post Fixture & D/A Operator is responsible for:

• Issue voyage orders to master
• Monitor performance under terms of charter-party
• Calculate off-hire
• Follow-up voyage calculations and demurrage claims
• Handle Claims
• Assist owners and brokers for successful conclusions of fixtures
• Appoint agents and handle disbursements
• Check pro-forma D/As and arrange advance payment
• Check and settle Disbursement Accounts
• Evaluate and nominate bunker suppliers
• Check bunker invoices
