a) Company Nurse:
· First aid treatment & basic healthcare to injured or ill employees and visitors, dispense medications as necessary.
· Liaising with ambulance and/or nearest hospital for employees in need.
· Accompanies ill or injured employees to the hospital.
· Monitoring and recording patient’s condition until they have recovered.
· Maintains medical records of all employees and keeps relevant information in strict confidentiality.
· Conducts hospital and home visits for employees on prolonged sick leave.
· Maintains clinic facilities, medical equipment and lactating station clean and in order always.
· Ensures proper stock keeping and timely ordering of medical supplies and medications.
· Assist in the administration and conduct of employees’ annual physical examination (APE)
· Conduct health and safety orientation and education programs.
· Ensures compliance with health and safety standards and reporting requirements.
· Performs other nursing and medical duties assigned by management.
b) Receptionist:
· Greeting all employees and guests.
· Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
· Handling emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or employee based on the nature of request.
· Maintaining workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
· Collect, receive, and sort all mail and packages.
· Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary.
· Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
· Provide customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent,
- Registered Nurse with valid PRC license,
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN),
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Experience: 1-3 years in occupational health or related field.
