Client Success Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our Learning Management System (LMS) and Seafarer Evaluation App (SEA) platforms. You will manage account administration, content updates, and provide essential support, contributing directly to client satisfaction and retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Administer and provide basic support for client LMS/SEA accounts.
• Perform LMS content preview, testing, and uploading.
• Maintain and update the LMS catalogue, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Provide ongoing support for existing LMS/SEA client accounts, ensuring their relevant LMS catalogue content is consistently up to date.
• Create new LMS/SEA accounts for future customers and link them to the OLG principal account.
• Manage eShop enrolments, authentications, and certifications requests.
• Issuance of STCW certificates, including processing enrolments, maintaining accurate records for invoicing, and resolving learner-related issues.
• Support the Client Success Lead with any ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
