Administrative Assistant Accounts & Administration
We are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant Accounts & Administration in Manila, Philippines.
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant Accounts & Administration shall have the following minimum qualifications:
- University degree and/or Professional Accountancy qualification.
- Experience of at least 2 (two) years in the company or similar position and experience in another company in the accounting field
- Knowledge of computer programmes and office systems.
- Good communication skills as well the ability to work within a team.
The Administrative Assistant Accounts & Administration is responsible for:
- Handling transactions relating to banks, debtors and creditors.
- Preparing payments and debit/credit notes.
- Preparing reconciliation of various accounts as indicated by the Assistant Manager Finance, Reporting & Treasury.
- Carrying out administrative work and general correspondence with banks, clients and suppliers.
- Being adequately conversant with the Company’s Management System.
- Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System.
- Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures.
- Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement.
- Undertaking special tasks and projects might be assigned by the Assistant Manager Finance, Reporting & Treasury.
The Administrative Assistant Accounts & Administration reports and is accountable to the Assistant Manager Finance, Reporting & Treasury.
