Key Responsibilities:

• Daily bookkeeping and recording of transactions
• Preparing bank and other reconciliations
• Preparation and submission of VAT
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly management reports
• Supporting the year-end audit process
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and banks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and bookkeeping
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a Nursery or similar industry will be an advantage
