Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking for the right individuals to strengthen and complement our team. This position will be based in Manila. Reports and accountable to Head of QA.
- Formal secretarial education and experience;
- Very good computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Experience managing large databases, familiarity with metadata and online portal management;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Administration of documentation in online platform: upload/review of files with appropriate metadata settings, correction of files and functionality, formatting;
- Testing of online platform functionalities and behaviour;
- User account handling;
- Bug fixing based on user complaints and reports as part of Support Team.
