- Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize strong numerical and analytical skills to gather, analyse, and interpret HR data, generating insights that contribute to project decision-making.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, data trackers, and reports for various HR projects.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and departments to gather project requirements, share updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights on project status, key metrics, and achievements
- Compliance: Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees regarding HR-related queries, policy information, and project-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
