HR Officer

As we continue to innovate and grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team and support various HR projects. Your tasks:

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize strong numerical and analytical skills to gather, analyse, and interpret HR data, generating insights that contribute to project decision-making.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, data trackers, and reports for various HR projects.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and departments to gather project requirements, share updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights on project status, key metrics, and achievements
  • Compliance: Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees regarding HR-related queries, policy information, and project-related matters.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance is a plus.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in HR or project management is advantageous.
